Anyone leasing their 7- What numbers are you seeing?

Looking to move on from my S550 which has been a fantastic car!

What lease rates are folks getting on their 750i's?

Just asked my dealer here at Seattle. He told me 1K down for 1K a month. Or around $1200 down for around $992 a month. Which makes no difference lol. And that's probably with superior credit score.

$131,000 sticker + 3 year lease + 15000 miles a year + wheel/tire coverage + brake coverage + zero down = 1692 a month.

My deal was for 1475/month with NY state taxes roll in with 2400 outta pocket.

I was not impressed whatsoever with the car. Most likely will just stick with my S550

How about the new Panamera? Damn impressive car inside and out, just doesn't have the metal finished buttons like in the Merc, otherwise it seems excellent.

How was the car spec'd? Those numbers are pretty damn close to a $75K MSRP M3.

Thanks for the info. What was your cap cost? Is that monthly w/ or w/o tax?

Wow these are the exact same numbers I got. However with the Alpina having a sticker at $157745 plus $2900 for wheel/tire/cosmetic the final payment with tax was $2400. The residual is lower than it used to be and the money factor is not discounted. The only other discount was a $1500 loyalty credit. BMW wants to keep the price and profits high on their new flagship for now it seems.

Working on a 750i Msport now.

$111k MSRP
15k miles
36 mo
$0 down (except first month, DMV and doc fee)
NY Tax includes

$1400 per month. I need to add wheel/tire insurance for $1800. If I wanted the 740i with even more options, it would be about $100 less.

Is it a great deal? Probably not, but the dealer is taking in my S550 which I am over the mileage already and have 4 payments left. I am still saving about $80 per month from the S550, so I am happy.

How is $782 your effective monthly payment?

I'm paying 982 a month including tax for 35 months (1st month was free).
7000 divided in 35 months is 200 dollars discounted from each month.
I'll get the 7000 back at lease end.

I guess I don't understand how MSD's work. I thought the MSD was used to buy down the money factor, and was refundable at the end of the lease, or if the vehicle was totaled.

In your case, you are paying $982 every month (which is lower than you would be paying if you didn't do the MSD). At the end of the lease, the $7,000 you gave them is returned to you. I don't get why you are figuring in the $200 over the 35 months, since you gave them $7,000 at the beginning of the lease.

The MSD's only buys down the MF, its not a cash reduction of your payment.

I'm comparing to a regular 5K total drive off that BMW advertises to most people. A lot of manufacturers don't even offer MSD. Let's compare to those deals.

I'm not trying to be rude, but everybody here is comparing the same deals, talking about what they are putting down, their terms, etc. The $782 is not correct. $982 is still a great payment for a nice car!

Did your dealer sell you the idea that your payment was $782?

lol no I tell myself that.
regardless, my benchmark is the 5K total drive off that I commonly put down on my non-BMWs. I'd gladly shell out 10K MSD than 5K down/drive off.
