LOL! That's only because they are getting caught up in the draft from the 80-85 drivers

When it comes to a Prius in the left lane holding me up, I do the reverse draft and push them the hell out of my way....

Not sure what they are officially called here but same set up where tolls change based on time / traffic volume. I’m not aware of any empty lanes reserved for only carpooling anymore. We used to have those and hardly anyone used them.
