Torque specs for the attached??

I'm trying to install a racechip unfortunately the do not have vehicle specific instructions fir the F02.
So in attempting I think the best way is to remove the bars in the attached picture. I don't know the proper name for the bars but I believe it gives the car more stiffness. Anyway I don't know if I I should just tighten pretty snug or if there is a specific torque they should bet tightened any help would be appreciated!!!
