MY16 740i Steering wheel vibration on idle

My car is equipped with the autobahn package active steering and executive drive pro,
now the steering rack was replaced under warranty and I did not realized it then but after that repair I had a slight steering wheel vibration or it's been getting worse I'm not sure, the car is at the dealer now and they told me they replaced motor mounts and whatever other bunch of stuff, but I went there today and drove the car and it's still very much noticeable when switching from the donor I got.
Warranty just expired so if I take the car back like this I will have to get an extension, what do you guys think could be the problem

I would go back there immediately and tell them they have not fixed it, rather than start a new claim. If it is a third party warranty, may also be worth calling them to instruct them not to pay yet, as not resolved.
