Without more details that could reveal to others that know nothing about your car...it's kind of hard to make any suggestions.
The message from the Bimmercode app sounds like something has been done to the NBT HU EVO module. So, has anything been done to it or is it in its original state from the factory? Have you done any prior coding to this module and it was successful? If yes, then perhaps going back to a previous back up file will restore what ever the changes that were made. Then there's always (as the message suggests) support from Bimmercode...perhaps contacting them may give some direction. Good luck.

BC does not allow access to the HU module, if the HU has been "altered," such as activation of non-factory ACP or NAV map FSC. In that case, you have to revert to the original state, code with BC, then repeat the mod. In my case, I still couldn't access HU module AFTER removing ACP/NAV FSC, so ended up learning to code HU using E-sys, which worked perfectly.
