Hello guys.

Hoping someone can give me an idea of the widest possible tire on these factory 21"s.

I believe staggered factory setup is 245/30 in the front and 275/30 in the rear.

Hoping I can get up to atleast a 275 front and 295 rear.

I'll also be running 15mm spacers front and 20mm rear with roughly a 3/4" drop

If you want to maintain safety and ride quality, the widest you can run on the fronts is 255 and 285 on the rears, you might be able to get away with 295 on the rears depending on the tire brand since some run narrower than others. I've gotten away with 305s on 10" without an issue with Nittos. Michelin runs too wide for the wheel.

If you want wider tires, your best approach is a custom set of 21s with the proper offset to run a wider tire. I think the max I was told you can run is 255/295 on the 7 but will be a low profile tire. I opted for 20" and stayed stock size to maintain comfort. I posted some pictures. I would have preferred 21" but I didn't want to sacrifice the ride quality/comfort with the lower profile wheels just to get a slightly bigger tire. 275/305 or 315 would be sick but I was told it's not possible.

Hopefully someone with some G11/12 experience can chime in.

Thanks man. Yea I'm currently running a 315 nitto radial on my hellcat 11" wheels. Def not gonna be able to go wider than 295 without changing wheels. I was hoping to avoid that because I actually like the current look and it would be nice to not drop 4k on a set of Alpina wheels which is probably what I would do.

Also considering widening the stock wheel to be able to safely fit 295 or even 305s.

Tire size calculator showing that my Speedo and fit should be pretty similar running 275 front and 295 rear. Guess I've just gotta put them on and see if it's a fit. Nittos run narrow but all I've been able to find in the 30/21" is the Michelin and pirelli.

I think the wheels you've got are the other ones I was considering. Are those the RF15?

Avant Garde M615. I went through Vibe Motorsports and got them for roughly $1,900. They only come in 20s and 22s.

That's the challenge with 21s. On my F10 M5, I ran 255/30/21 and 295/25/21. They looked amazing but it was too low of a profile for me.

I was running 305s on my hellcat 😊

Hoping the ride quality of the 7 will make up for the lower profile but also concerned with such a heavy car that running something that thin will be a major PITA especially for the rims if there are ever any potholes. Luckily I'm in Vegas and most roads are new. Mainly highway driving

I have a set of factory rims I had widened and I am running 335 in the rear and 285 in front with 20mm spacer. I actually had this on my G11, then traded it in for G12 and liked the new rims more so I had those modified also. I have the other set if you want to get it.

I have pictures of both cars.

Nobody was close to me either and it took 6 weeks to get them done. I wanted an expert shop to do it so they can get it perfect within 30,000th of an inch, but if you want a set, I have the one on the car in the picture. I had a 2019, I fitted it with that set, bought the extra wheel set new then had em widened. When I traded the car in for a 2020, I removed the wheels and put em on the 2020 which were a different pattern than what came with the 2020. I later bought another set that was a match for what came on the 2020, had them widened. So I ended up with two sets on these.

Here are some pics of em on the 2020 and you can see the other wheels that are on my car now. The wheels cost me $3200 and the widening was $1600 plus $600 for powdercoating, so $2200. I could not find 12.0" wide rear wheels with the right offset, and the front is now 9.5" I love the stock black look and wheels look perfectly OEM which I like.

Car looks amazing! You don't feel any fibration after adding the spacers?

Not at all. I have done 167mph in small stretches on the freeway at night, smooth as a ship.

If the other guy isn't going to buy them, I might be interested and it looks like we're both in SD as well. How much are you asking for the wheels? I'm assuming spacers are needed as the widening causes the wheels to sit too far in?

Thanks.

btw-both your 7 series are G12's. We never got the G11 here in the states. The 11 vs 12 signifies wheelbase and not preLCI vs LCI. Both look amazing btw.

Spacers on. 20mm rear 15mm front. Rear tires are 295 1" drop all around. Very slight rubbing over big dips but overall great. Perfect flush fit
