You can check if you have a leak somewhere or if the connection on the pump has water/dirt then you can try to update your Istep depending on your current version. I have have found out that sometimes solves the issue.

After trying to deal with the problem and contacting a BMW dealer who has a part replacement procedure, "if not this part, then this part, if not this part maybe something else. For each used part you have to bear the costs even if it turns out that the defective part is one of the parts in the exchange queue and the earlier ones were replaced not necessary because they were operational.
Very sad that there is no specific BMW specialist with the skills of a mechanic and not the ability to read procedures without own initiative to solve the problem.

Problem solved by a person dealing with engine remaps and ad-blue is was coded out from the car's system, without of impact to car dpf system. (500€)

No errors in the car system and never needed ad-blue again

A clip under the wheel arch on the side of the diesel and ad-blue filler will rub the wire that rusts. This wire is responsible for powering the ad-blue pump. Wire repair and error cleaning (1.5h) got the job done and it is fixed as it should be from the beginning.

Of course the costs of coding out and coding in ad-blue from system are impossible to make up, but my heart is very happy that the car is repaired according to BMW recommendations and is a full-fledged vehicle again ...
