Potential F01 purchase

Local Hyundai dealer has a 750ix. I haven't looked at the car yet, but what are things I should look for/potential issues?

I'm currently driving a 2012 F30 328i. I've been dying to get back into a 7 every since my E38 was totaled a few years ago.

try to stick with a cpo or look into a aftermarket warranty
