What's wrong with my car?
Hi all,
I have recently purchased 2018 BMW 750i. Last Saturday, I was driving on the freeway and seat memory function changed from 1 to 2nd person automatically for 4 times!! Has anyone experienced this behavior while driving? if yes, then what should I do? is this major concern that I need to worry about? BMW was a solid, reliable brand for years to me and I am kind of disappointed. Any comments will be appreciated. Thks! |

Computers with 4 wheels. Glitches can and do happen. Keep an eye on this behavior. Doubtful that the event, if any, got logged any where in the system. If it happens again, take it back to the dealer. That's what the warranty is for. Perhaps a reset/reboot of the computer is needed. Were you using your own key or the second driver key?

That has never happened to me on any of my BMWs including the B7. Sometimes I've had issues with keys not remembering settings but it's a rare occurrence.
