anyone know how to remove this plastic holder?

Im trying to replace my vapor canister on bmw 750i 2007 and this plastic holder wont come out. I saw that i was supposed to use needle nose pliers to pull them middle holders out but they just wont budge. Any help would be appreciated

I just made this post for no reason i was supposed to just pull them out they were just stuck
