The Batman 760i in Stealth PPF

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
For the first time, I decided to go with a black car and dark tinted windows. The look is growing on me and the car gets A LOT of attention from random folks in the city (NYC) that I did not expect. Almost on every corner, people point to it and take photos.
I genuinely considered this to be an ugly 7 series (my opinion) but it seems that a lot like it.

The car is wrapped with matte (stealth) paint protection film, with 5% tint on the sides, 35% windshield, 20% rear shield. Tint is all ceramic so it’s very easy to see out of, even night.

I’m curious to see what my bimmer folks think as compared to random folks on the street. Cheers.

I think it looks great. Enjoy it. I hope you can pass NYS inspection with the tint though. They are getting tougher on the inspectors and making them check tints. I had to remove mine a couple of years ago.

ahhh, i envy you that you can tint front and side windows (front) at all!
do that here and

it fits the car so well!

what i like is the contrast with the rims - i first thought: paint them black - and then: no, they are perfect like that!

Thanks. I actually really dislike the wheels. I'm looking for an Alpina B7 set (also in a lighter color) to keep that contrast. All black is too much in my opinion.

The color disguises all bad angles and weird design points. Looks high end.

Maybe they’re pointing and laughing lol. Just kidding. Not a fan of the new 7 but it looks good with the stealth ppf.

Agreed. The overall silhouette has a presence - like a luxury limo should. The colour does a great job at hiding all the busy design elements.

Wrap looks good, is it just me or do the wheels now look really small, I do like the contrast with the silver, not really a fan of black wheels. Really like the driveway design, looks great with the car on it

Looks amazing. I'm thinking of doing that to my incoming M2. What was the brand of PPF you used? Was it Xpel?

I have 35% ceramic tint sides and rear windshield. Front and moonroof have 3M 90% crystalline ceramic tint. Your average brick and motor ship may not want to perform the inspection. Trust me plenty of shops in the outer Boroughs will get the job done.
