2017 740i Harman Kardon
Hey Guys, So I was looking at the specifications for the 16 Speaker Harman Kardon Surround System. There’s 2 Answers: The 600 Watt Version or the 464 Watt Version, So which one does the 2017 Have? Thanks.

When you run your VIN through one of the online VIN decoder sites like: www.mdecoder.com ...what is the option code for the HK system you have that came from the factory?

It says it’s the Harman Kardon Surround System. I looked at BimmerTech and it says it’s the S688A System, So I guess it’s the 600 Watt Version.

S688 is Harman Kardon and these are all 600w systems. 464w or so should be standard hifi system.
If it says Harman Kardon on the speakers then it is 600w because there are no different flavors of this system on G11/12. |
