Thinking about a 2023 760i
Hey haven't had a 7 series for over a decade. Now have SUV's 2021 X5M comp and 2019 X5 Trading the 2019 and had an order for a 2024 build. Just found out some pkgs are now not available.
I love the look on the 760i but is it a boat to drive? Can I expect a decent discount on a 2023? I'm in NJ Thanks in advance. |

You should be able to find gas powered 7s on the lot at dealers for you to test drive. 7-8% discounts on the gas variants should be doable.
Note that some packages are not available on new 2023 7s as well — auto doors and exec pack being two of them. |

Yes I see quite a few around at most dealers around me. I don't need the TV in the back, it would be useless for me. I do want almost the other options. Will see. I don't know if 8% off is doable around these parts but there many around and not everyone is buying $120+ vehicles. SUV's on the other hand are hard to keep in stock.

went to three dealers they won't take a dime off a 760. I told them about people receiving 6-7% off msrp. They said they don't much inventory therefore no discount?

There are few discounts on 760's. If you are buying a 760 it is probably not all that price sensitive. If dealers can sell them at list there is no reason for them to discount other than on a car that has been sitting unsold. When I was looking for a replacement car in March, there were very few 760's anywhere.
On my car that replaced the one that was totaled, my dealer took off $1000 and threw in a trunk mat. That was on a car swapped out with another dealer. That was better than the original 760 in November, which was at MSRP. It is supply and demand folks, and there appears to be pretty strong demand.

If you buy an inventory on the floor, you should be able to get about 5%. As I see it, 7/8ers aren't selling that fast.
If you use a broker, you may need to arrange transport, etc, just another thing to consider.

If there are deals to be had they are going to be on '23 cars that the dealer wants to clear out as '24 production is soon. I didn't see too many of those in March when I was looking but things can change and orders can get canceled -- and there is no reason not to ask for a discount. The worst that happens is they say no.

Agree with phillyreem! I came out of an S580 before getting the 2023 BMW 760i and for the first time I wished that the S Class was more like the 7 series. I love this car!

The car remembers the recorded path and parks fully into the garage…after a long day after work this feature comes in handy which I discovered only recently. I did not opt the driving assistance pack, and I have no regrets since cars still don’t drive itself, plus you save some money that way. I had this car for about 6 months now and I love this car. Usually at the 6-month mark I start getting this itch (tingling sensation) to change the car, but so far no itch! |

I feel exactly the same way. I’ve had the car for six months and I’m still captivated each time I get in it and drive. It is so peaceful and serene each driving experience. |
