Someone near my kids school has an early 90’s Accord in matte black RCF (Rattle Can Film), it doesn’t look good either.

Limo tint ticks off Michigan State Police, I’d rather they didn’t profile me as a drug dealer and pull me over for no other reason.

Hopefully I'll get an allocation soon. I'm happy to be your guinea pig and try it out.

I don't get the hate for the 7... compared to the ultra boring S class and dated A8.

This looks amazing

I picked up my 760i today, too. I went with Dravit, not Black, but I also did stealth PPF for the first time, along with window tint. I'm trying to get used to the look, but yeah, it caught more attention than I anticipated just on the trip home.

Not sure if that's a good thing or not. Ha.

I genuinely considered this to be an ugly 7 series (my opinion) but it seems that a lot like it.

The car is wrapped with matte (stealth) paint protection film, with 5% tint on the sides, 35% windshield, 20% rear shield. Tint is all ceramic so it’s very easy to see out of, even night.

I’m curious to see what my bimmer folks think as compared to random folks on the street. Cheers.
I like the interior of this car a ton, but wouldn’t want to drive it myself (would love to be driven in it).

Can I ask what you are getting this for?

This is such a “get out of my way little man” car. Just needs some flags on the front wings.

Looks good...Good luck with the NYPD salivating to write tickets for the tints.

I own a few firms and run business development / sales for them. I’m out to events and/or wining/dining clients all the time in the city and for very long days (12-14hrs). I have clients in the car all the time.
So it made sense to go the quiet/comfy route. I have a manual 2008 M5 for the lighter days where the streets aren’t congested and always playing around with exotic cars for the weekends.

I am considering a driver.

I had a buddy of mine drive it behind me and it does look very intimidating in the rear view mirror, I have to say. It’s all blacked out, no front plate, and all you see are the thin LED strips / huge front end. It’s really growing on me.

I’m an engineer not an architect. I go for functionality over appearance. The car checked off all the functionality needs I had.
