2020 740i Aftermarket M Parts

I recently purchased a 2020 740i, and I could not get one with the M sport package. I am trying to see how hard it would be to add the parts aftermarket. Has anyone done this before or have recommendations on where to get the parts at?

Buy used bare bumpers and side skirts and brand new grills, bumper carriers and accessories. Total with paint and mounting should be around 2k euro

That is 2k Euro for the parts, right? Aren't there parts besides body parts that would be needed for the M package or is it strictly body cosmetics?
