Executive seating issue

Just got my car back (740LDX) after Recall - 0013650300 Program Control Units (DDE) On Board Diagnosis has been done
Now the rear executive seat has an issue. The issue is the passenger front seat that is supposed to go fully forward and then the back of that seat should go into a fully tipped forward position and the head rest should tip forward - well it doesn't anymore, it stops at about a 90 degree angle ie the back is vertical and doesn't go any further forward and the headrest doesn't tilt.
Anyone got any ideas? I will be calling my dealer tomorrow about it as I suspect either a bug in the new code the flashed or an error occurred - no diagnostic OBD errors present though
