19" or 20" wheels ?

Based on your experience please advise, should I get 20" wheels or 19" ? I'm afraid that suspension will be to stiff with 20" .

My 2019 730d M Sport is fitted with 20’s and the ride is supper smooth. The air suspension irons out the bumps in the road.

+1 for Bigmac comments. In the NYC area, IMHO 20" wheels are just asking for lots of aggravation even if you have wheel and tire insurance. I have 19's and last year I had three wheels repaired and a tire replaced. Some of the main roads (like NS pkwy in Nassau) are awful and when you hit a hole at highway speeds, you are at risk. The only strategy to contend with this is to keep your tires inflated at or above factory spec and be very vigilant about checking. Oh, and have wheel and tire insurance. Sure, replacing the RFTs will help but with 20" wheels, you are still going to have to keep that inflation up, and if you change you are going to need a spare and a jack.
