Yes indeed. I drive a 2019 750 so it's a fair deal I suppose.

My local dealer gives much better loan cars to a 7 series owner. I’ve had a new X5, with merino leather and a whole load of other options and an LCI 740LD. Neither were as nice as mine, but I’m not complaining.

Yea my dealer (Knauz) outside of Chicago does a nice job for the 7 owners.

I have had two X7 5.0 the last time I had service.

Do you get them for free when your car goes in?

Then don't buy one.

Why would you feel compelled to actively insult someone else's car? It just seems a rude thing to do.

Are you like this in other aspects of your life?

That is normal - I have not heard of anyone being asked to dip their hand in their pocket. Only thing to watch out for is dealer insurance excess, which I have heard being as high as £10k

Yes, completely free. They even gave me an X5 when I had to wait longer than expected for a service to be completed because they didn’t have the right spark plugs. It was only going to be a 45min delay but I had the option of using it to go into town and get some lunch or even to come back the following day. I hadn’t booked a loan car.

The service advisor told me they’re instructed to do anything required to keep a 7 series customer happy if there’s an issue, which makes his job so much easier

How many of my fellow G12 owners have heard of, or taken advantage of the Ultimate Benefits Package?

Really nice perks if you're local dealer is an affiliate!

Yep the only thing they want is to have it back with the same level gas as it left, mostly full.

Maybe it’s just V8 7 series owners then.....

Only joking. Must be a dealership rule then, but I’d be pushing a bit harder if I were you.

Knauz definitely has stepped their game up with loaners for sure. I had my M5 in there a couple weeks ago and they gave me a X7 M50i as a loaner.

I'd be changing dealer then! Where in the UK are you?

I took my car when I had an issue to a dealer I've never set foot in before. I'd only spoken to the master tech the day before over the phone. When I got there I was offered 730 LCI as a loaner. But as I had nowhere else to be I just dented the dealers profits by drinking free coffee.

My normal dealer are fantastic. They sent me a part through the post on next day delivery recently and didn't charge me!

I’m in west London, I guess it’s just really busy down here lol! The dealer was great for all other things but it was a little inconvenient that they didn’t have any loaners available and also having to pay £15.. I’ll tell them about it next time I take the car in lolll

My pictures lack creativity, but I'll work on that. Few pics when literally brand-new (hours "old") and one after I added the M and V12 badging.
