Wheel Weight Placement; WTH!? :|
Had dealer install two new wheels and four new tires; asked for road force balancing and tipped tech $20 before work to ensure quality.
Get this stupid wheel weight placement back! Is this normal / acceptable wheel weight placement? Weights affixed side to side, and also stacked on top of each other!? Never seen anything like this before. Additionally… I don’t feel that proper road force balancing was completed because afterwards I asked the tech if he moved the tire around and he said no; that same would’ve required him to let the air out! I’m like wtf. Doesn’t road force balancing = match mounting? Also upset that the ones side to side aren’t even in alignment with each other, and that on the old wheel the adhesive wasn’t sufficiently removed / area cleaned before new weight placement. Please advise with some insight. Thank you. |

If was road force match mount balanced, wouldn't fewer weights have been required!? This is a massive amount of weights for a new wheel and tire.
Also, stacking weights...? Shouldn't they have heavier weights to use as well, need be? |
Appreciate
