Let's hope it doesn't look anything like the G8X.

It has like 95% to do with software. It's why Porsche and other manufacturers with similar EPS have better feel

Nice render. While I am not a fan of the general look of the new car (as of now) you did a great job with the render

Great job on the render. However, I'm with jstein55 and not a fan of the new design language. They made everything too rounded, almost like the Mercedes CLA which I haven't been a fan of either.

Well done. I think it's exactly what the model needs to make it more exciting.

Nice job.

I quite like the render rear-end view actually. The design of the tails I feel has E90 DNA in it.

Love it- the current m2 rear is boring and lacking. Between the tail and bumper almost like they gave up. Reason why I didn’t go through my cs order

Are these leaks really the next 2er? If so, why is BMW unveiling something in 2021/2022 with the old design language?

Better than the g8x, but these tails looks a little too Jetta to me.

Some of us love these new models, some tell ourselves we do to get over the initial shock, and some of us are wondering what strain the designer was smoking. I don't know where I fall, time will tell...I'm really trying hard to like the new models. Maybe in person :

I prefer the G8X. Some may call the G8X ugly (and it very well maybe) but this is ugly cute. I rather be just ugly than ugly cute. At least being ugly can also be menacing, and menacing is always better on an M car than being cute. I dont think a cute car ever grew on me but cars I initially deemed ugly (Bangle e60) grew on me.

More concerned about the front. Specifically the ugly triangular air intakes.
