Largest Tire Sizes

Anyone knows the largest tire in diameter that can fit without car modifications? Specific P-Metrics?

I know that 22" are possible, haven't found anything larger, yet.
(255/35 R22 Front, 285/30 R22 Rear)

I know 22's work I'm having some Forgiato 22's put on mine.

I’m curious if a 275/45R20 will fit the rear. The overall diameter is 29.6”. Not sure the width or the height is the bigger problem.
