They aren't. You have the right codes: 34-11-6-861-799, 34-11-6-861-800, so use these and dont confuse yourself with all the useless information out on different sites.

Received the 395mm calipers, 395mm rotors, and EBC Redstuff brake pads today. Getting closer.

Pros: - money saved when I upgraded brakes and didn't buy new shields - weight saving while driving without shields - better cooling of brakes when the air can circulate freely around them - easier to troubleshoot them damn BMW brakes; measure the rotor thickness, detect possible uneven wear left/right side, allows measuring run-out when that shaking in the steering wheel reappears |

Would anyone know if the m760 rear calipers fit on rwd 750’s? I’m interested in seeing if this setup would work too

See part #'s below. As far as RWD, I am not sure if your brake set up is the the same or different since I have xDrive.

The M760 has a much larger rear disc (398 mm) than the other 7er models.
There are virtually no OEM quality manufacturers for this size disc. I’ve looked around quite extensively and have had to use BMW discs for my rear replacements. Found them at reasonable Prices from some online BMW dealers or FCP Euro. The rear set up uses the same rear caliper/pad as the F90 M5 for reference. |
