Rear Compartment Telephone

I have rear compartment telephone in my 7er. How can I connect handset with car. If I press "BT Connect" and hold "Bluetooth" on snap-in adapter till blue light starts to flash. But handset cannot find snap-in adapter.

I connected the snap-in adapter with my phone via Bluetooth. Now I have question how to connected iPhone via SAP to the rear handset.
