Not me, not ... But everyone who does not see the difference should only take half or change the dealer.

I do see a difference...but is it due to the wheel/tires...or simply a difference due to the M-suspension versus a base/standard suspension?
  • top pic is sporting an M-emblem...does it also have some suspension tid bits from the M parts bin?
  • bottom pic is NOT an M model

When was the 2nd pic taken? If the wheel/tire was just mounted and the car was lowered and not driven before the pic was taken...the suspension is not had a chance to articulate to its normal resting location.

And the pics dont' give us the actual specs of the wheels/tires mounted to each vehicle. One has BMW stock wheels...the other has aftermarket wheels. What size tires are mounted to each of these two sets of wheels? Does the BMW mounted with aftermarket wheels have the correct +one/-one tire size mounted...or did they choose to go with a different tire size that is greater than the recommended +one/-one size?

The comparison is improper here because the two cars are likely to be different - one is likely a M760 and the other a 750 M-Sport. Those two have different specifications. Then comes to the wheels themselves, one is OEM with recommended tires while the other is aftermarket. My point is that if they were the same models and the only difference were the rims say were 19 and 21 inches (but OEM and with recommended tires), then both the ride height and gap between the wheel and the arc should be the same.

The outside diameter of the tire is exactly the same as the 20" OEM that it replaced. The space between the fender arch and the tire is exactly the same as it was prior to replacement. The car rides and handles exactly the same as it did.

In the end, i replaced the oem wheels and tires with wheels and tires that are functionally equivalent. The tires are an oem option on this car. The car does not look at the wheel and change suspension. All that matters is the outside dimension of the tire. In function, nothing is different. I'm happy with it. I have no concerns.
