Lower Radiator Hose + Transmission Cooler Lines!!!

Car is at dealer for:

OIL COOLER LINES
REAR MAIN ENGINE OIL SEAL
RADIATOR

Now that the car is apart, the dealer is hitting me over the head for more!!!

I’ve since received a call stating that a lower radiator hose is leaking and some transmission cooler lines are damaged.

Dealer sent me the picture attached of the pinched / kinked transmission cooler line.

Is this the normal design of the line? Could this design be intentional? Would seem that this metal is hard to bend, and the shape looks deliberate!
What could possibly cause this ‘damage’?

Dealer wants $220 for the lower radiator hose, $280 for the transmission cooler lines, and states that they need an additional 2 hours of labor for the transmission cooler lines at $190 per hour!!!

What’s going on here!?
