F01 No Sound, No Chime

I have an 2010 750Li and my radio has no sound and no chime. For the last few months, when I start the vehicle, the sounds comes on after a few minutes of driving. Now, for the last few days it’s hasn’t come on at all. I try the bypass from the satellite and the phone and nothing. Is the amp bad? Maybe a fuse?

Help please

Have you pulled out your fuse index to find & check any fuses for the audio system to see if one or more are blown?

Start with the small/easy stuff first...then escalate up from there. Have you checked the area where your audio equipment is located to see if there's been water infiltration?

I didn’t see any water damage and it worked intermittently but now, nothing at all. I check the fuses for the radio and all good but don’t know what other symbols on the fuse index is connected to the audio

Radio is on and working just no sound from radio, or Bluetooth. I was told that the amp might be the source. Thanks

It was the Amp. Part number is 65 12 923 0044 but I can’t find much on that discontinued number. Anyone have a number for the newest or better model ??

Once you have the 11 digit BMW part number…you can simply type it in a google search (ie BMW 65 12 9 230 044 ) to find vendors or sellers.

You can also type the 11 digit BMW part number into the part number search field on one of the online part database sites like realoem.com to see if there are old & new part nbrs that are either retroactively compatible, bilaterally exchangeable, or not exchangeable. Here’s an example: https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/par...65+12+923+0044

And if you click the link above, you can see that there is a rather large list of BMW part nbrs that you can add to your search list for possible replacement.

Good luck in your search if you haven’t already found a replacement.
