Too Lean Too Rich Fault 118602

I pick up my car 2010 750Li from repair shop, they stated the faults were 118602- bank 1 post converter too lean 9xLC 40; fault 128301 bank 1 pre-converter signal fixed rich; fault 128401 bank 2 pre-converter signal fixed at rich. Smoked check intake and they found intake tubes for both turbos leaking

I was told they replaced both turbo inlet tube seals, re-smoked check it and clear faults and adaptions.

Few days later, the engine light came back on and I took it back. They ran a quick test and said to leave it. Car was there for 3 weeks and I was told they smoked check again and change out a seal. I'm not familiar with the jargon but they said it was fixed again and covered under the previous repair warranty. Drove the vehicle for 6 days and the light is on again.

Please Please Help !!!!!!
