You are full of it man. That is impossible unless you or a relative of yours own the dealership. Don't fill the forum with crap.

I just signed for a 2018 750i with an MSRP of $109k, 36 months, 10k miles per year, $0 down expect first month ($1,300) and basic fee's (~$350) for $1,300 a month. Including Texas taxes (6.25%).

My '17, leased in Fall of '16 was MSRP 111895. Lease is about $1300 and 4 payments on my F10 were picked up.

Agree that a new 760 at less than $1000 a month is not possible.

That's awesome deal. I didn't get any quote close from the dealers I've been dealing with here in OC so far. Do you mind PM me the dealer or sales person name? Thanks.

My deal was for 1475/month with NY state taxes roll in with 2400 outta pocket.

I was not impressed whatsoever with the car. Most likely will just stick with my S550
YellowTag, good man, never put cash down on a lease.

Not for nothing but I find it curios that a persons lack of impressiveness with a decent vehicle is directly proportional to his inability to afford said vehicle.

I hate the new seven. I can't afford it either.

I just made my point.

Lol.

I would think a very good deal would be a capitalized cost (purchase price) of somewhere between $88,000-$91,000 after discounts incentives and rebates....and a MF at buy rate of .00182.

Lol I don't know much about MF and buy rates. What would monthly payment be with $2k out of pocket on a 36 month term with 10k miles per year assuming I got that discount and money factor / buy rate.

Plug the residual, mf of 00182, cap cost of $89000 into a lease calculator and you will see your payment.

You can only negotiate mf and selling price/cap cost on the lease.
Residual is fixed. Payment is just the derivative of the mf, residual, lease term (months) and cap cost.

Might be helpful to become knowledgeable about buy rate and lease factor markup so you can negotiate your best lease.

Eyeballing your numbers maybe $1000 month+tax??

What is residual percentage?

Got a price on a 2019 demo with an msrp of $110,765. The car has 3,000 miles on it (doesn't bother me it's a lease) has all the options I want and is the colors I want.
36 months 10k miles per year
$2,000 out of pocket
$1,080 monthly payment

Good deal? Do I go for this?

If the mf is 00182 and if the selling price is $90,000, yes.
