Two completely different vehicles. Driving dynamics totally different on the 7 series as the wheelbase is way longer.

Depends what you are after as both very different.

For super luxury and rarity factor then 7er in my opinion.

Completely agreed with megicm! But, the new 5 is looking better than before... I cannot wait to see photos of the new M550.

Couldn't agree more. It really depends on what you're looking for in a car. I'm over 6'7" and my sons are very tall so the 7-Series is the only car that people can sit behind me without having to move my seat forward.

Once the boys are gone I'm definitely getting something smaller as I like a shorter wheelbase car that handles crisply and the 750 just isn't that car, nor was it built to be.

If your concern is rear seat comfort and a cushy ride I would suggest the 7. If you're looking for something sporty and more connected to the road then check out the 5 or maybe even the 8-Series GC with the 4 wheel steering.

You Help me in my choice ?

I really don't know which one to choose... before the 5 LCI I chose the 7! But the new 5 with its new headlights is getting closer to the 7 physically.
Thank you for your suggestions...
The problem is the length of the 7 for street parking spaces!

Both obviously great choices, but simply put, the 7 makes a statement. I'm not saying that's the reason to buy a car, but it does. Secondly, sometimes we over buy, now I know the 5 can out handle the 7 but I throw my 750i into every corner I find and it rides like it's on rails at high speeds, truth is you can't go wrong but IMO the 7 is just a size-able step up in class.

Lastly, I see a high # of 5's on the road but rarely a 7, plus Valets always keep the 7 Series up front!

I personally had the same difficulty making this choice however I couldn’t bring myself to buy a 5 series because of the few plastics in the interior. In comparison, the 7 series interior is just so much more premium and I feel like I definitely got my money’s worth

Just traded my 2019 M5 Competition for a 2020 M760i. No comparison between the two cars as far as drivability, smoothness of ride and overall presence, get the 7 and never look back.

Thanks a lot guys!
I know that the rarity of the 7er on the roads, remains a sure bet ... In particular, the G12
In the meantime I use my 420xd from 2015 until the end of the year to make the right decision
Do you think that the 7 is a good choice despite my job happening on the road but especially in town? And above all, BMW BELUX is currently talking about a new engine with a 48v boost for 11 horsepower. Do you know if the 745e already has this new engine? Because I'm also afraid that a 7 bought in early 2021 will be "obsolete" compared to the new engine expected with this boost on the 530th or 545th xd LCI.
BMW makes updates (engine - new options available) on the models that are in progress?

I can appreciate this as living in Europe too, parking always tends to be somewhat limited as whilst cars get bigger, European parking spaces do not.

If you will be using it as a daily and regularly parking on the street, then you are correct in re-thinking your plan as the last thing you want is having to squeeze into a parking space with potential for damage / scrapes and then having this playing on your mind every time you decide to use it.

Personally, I would still go over a 7er than a 5er.
