Instant Email Notification

Anyone knows why the instant email feature when commenting on a topic no longer works? I always show it when I comment but for the past few months I don't receive an email message stating an update. Thanks

You mean the thing as shown in the image below? I never tried it but check if the address got flagged or marked as spam by your email service or you blocked it by error, and if no problem on your side then contact an admin from the forum here.
