Two different cars, depends on what you looking for in a car.
750i: Adaptive cruise control + air suspension + message seats is a perfect combo for daily commute and long distance driving. The seat is way more comfortable in bmw and suspension cuts out a lot of bumps giving it a nice and soft ride. Panamera turbo: Sports chrono + Sports plus seat + PASM. This is basically a race car with 4 doors. Seat is kind of stiff and hard but does hold you in place. Suspension is firm and low you can feel every small bump and crack on the road. I just turned 30 and my back and still handle the roughness get it while you still can.
