Replacing radar sensor cap

A large crack has developed across the radar sensor cover on my front bumper. I've found the part (https://www.bmwpartsdeal.com/parts/b...118068300.html) but now can't figure out if the whole bumper has so come off to replace this. Any suggestions?

the bumper has to be removed; the trim piece clips onto the back of the bumper. It takes very little force to break those flimsy grille pieces (my middle one is cracked, too; BMW estimates $300 to replace it); poor choice on BMW's part.

I believe it was around 150
I do remember him tellin me that the bumper was a pain in the ass to put back on around the grill area because those tabs are flimsy as well
