That was an absolute joke. Using a mix of Manufacture times and magazine times. They should of actually took the time and find the fastest times each car posted by a magazine( or an online publication) or just used the manufacture times. Instance: The Z06( ignoring the " Its light despite its big engine" comment as anybody should know the LS7 is a smaller and lighter then a similar displacement DOHC engine would) does 0-60 in 3.4 seconds in Motortrends test. GM's time was 3.7 seconds. Yet, they used the reviews to get the Veyrons 2.5 seconds.

No the atom isn't a kit car, it's sold fully assembled by Brammo in the US, but it may not be road legal, I'm not sure so that may be the reason.

If it didn't go through any crash tests, then it's not a production car.
