Does the type of car you own, affect what type of loaner you get from the dealership?

What type of loaners have you all received from past experience?

This is a big deal for me and I demand nothing smaller then an X3. I've stopped servicing my G12 at certain dealerships because they stick me in dirty X1's.

Actually, they suppose to give you G12. I've got G12 several times in 2016, but later they always told me that they don't have G12 as a loaner car now and gave me X5 or 5er.

I get X3 loaners when the 7 has been in (I think that's the best my dealership does)

I always get a loaner, as long as I give them some notice. It has varied from 3 series to X5 to another G12.

I had a new X4 when it went in for its first service. I normally prefer to wait but it needed a several hour software update or ‘quality enhancement’ as BMW call it.

Just had my 10k service today and they gave me a new 750 m-sport. Only has 1,000 miles on it.

I get whatever is available, typically an X3 but have also had 430i and 640GT. I'm not sure that my dealer even has 7 loaners, but then all of my recent visits have been for my M2, not the 7.

In the past if I really want a 7, I call my salesman and have him loan me a new one. Which is dangerous for me...
