Alpina B7
I really am excited bout the 2020 B7, but am very turned off by the ‘hockey sticks’ running down the sides. So I put a pic in an app and did a hack job on them, and also the trim on the rear bumper. Here’s a before and after. What do you think?

Yeah the non-LCI looks better than the LCI but for me I think the chrome on the alpinas really compliment the car well.
If you do black it out, I'd recommend going all black in all the chrome and wheels.

Thank you. I’m totally obsessed with the car, still.

What color is it? Bernina? Donington?

It's OK to be obsessed. It's a beauty. I'm guessing it's ceramic coated? If so, what brand?

Nope. I’m not that fancy - no special coating. Just careful with the weather in which I drive her. I’ll tire of her in 12 more months and be on to the next one. Want her looking good when I pass her along. Haha.

Great looking car- that paint job is something! The wheels are the only dislike I have for the B7s. Everything else is perfect. But the more I see them- the more they grow on me.

It’s truly amazing.
And here’s the funny thing. It’s about to be for sale. Had it 6 wonderful months. But life has taught me that we cannot live without an SUV, so I’m on the hunt for an X5m. Anyone who wants to chat, send a DM. My local dealer is dying to buy it, but I figured I might see if anyone else wants it first. |
