My 750 has ED!
Yes, it's true, my '16 750 can't get it up, the front end, that is. Recently a message about Chassis and stabilization error started popping up. Took the vehicle to the dealer and was informed that the ride height system was kaput and the front end is now stuck in the lowest position, even at rest. Anyone else experienced this?

I'm glad that BMW is going to cover 95% of the cost, this is great! Years ago I had a 545i and the transmission went out soon after the warranty expired. The dealer reached out to BMW and helped me with the issue, I ended up paying about 40% of the total cost.
If you don't mind me asking, how expensive is this job going to be? |

I don't blame you for getting excited :-)
In my case with the transmission, the quote was around $12K and I had to pay 40% of it.... |

In my last 7 (F01), thankfully under warranty, the sat nav decided it wanted to update and then couldn't find the partition to save it to so the head unit had to be replaced...when they replaced it, the technician somehow caused a surge that conked out all three computers in the car (I'm told) and so they all had to be replaced...I mention it as the dealer told me the car didn't know it was a car any longer at that stage...let alone know how to adjust the suspension! I think that came to around £6k total all in so very glad it was under warranty...a benefit of a good dealer and being in a 7 instead of an entry level car (I suspect, anecdotally). Safe travels, glad it's sorted but do watch your car doesn't get too 'happy' now that the ED is sorted...

I have the service history on the 2016 CPO that I recently purchased. The car has been fairly trouble free over its life but has had 2 rear air springs replaced, one at 32K miles and one at 57K miles.

Interesting - my 2016 750 also gave the chassis error and it was also the air supply compressor. About $2000. Have extended warranty and it covers all but $150. Still waiting on the part.
