G12 Wheel question

I came across these wheels on Facebook nearby. They are from a 2015 X3 but are well priced and would seem to fit. I would replace the center caps with BMW caps.

They are 19" x 9.5" which is the same as my '16 G12. Anyone know of any reason they would not work for snow tires on this vehicle?

Those should have a bolt pattern of 5x120 instead of 5x112 which would be on your G12. They wouldn't fit.
