Bmw 750Li with N52B30 swap ?

Hello guys !
I live in Egypt an We only have two models of F01/F02 : 740Li and 750Li.
The 740 is much less equipped than the 750 (Both came with fixed standards because both were assembled in Egypt).
My question is : To avoid the N63 problem and at the same time get the most equipped one, How hard is it to replace the 4.4 engine with the 3.0 N52B30 ?
And Will I need a lot of ECU or wiring work ?
I will really appreciate if someone have a detailed answer.
And sorry if English is poor.

For a short answer, yes, it would be a LOT of work.

If anything, maybe you could do a complete electrical/powertrain swap from a F10 528 with the N52. I'm not sure if you got that model by you.

It would not be worth it

If anything I would recommend retrofitting the options you would like onto the 740.

Buy a blown up 750 and a good 740, and find someone that can code in the extra options.

It will still be a lot of work to wire in the extra options.
