Maybe it's meant to make the front end look better?

Or for new owners to say that it's ugly but I they have Swarovski crystals to impress their friends' wives ))

Cool concept. Looks really nice. But the car is hideous 🤮. Lipstick 💄 👄 on a pig 🐷. BMW needs to really go back to heritage. Stop wasting money on R&D.

You might be on to something.

BMW, make the main thing, the main thing.

People want what you built the brand on, the Ultimate Driving Machine.

BMW really missed a trick here: this was the perfect opportunity to use a sleeker bonnet line and re-introduce the 'shark nose'. Look at the reverse slope of the blacked-out main headlights, to see where I'm going with this.

Instead we get a look years after KIA and Citröen introduced it… And even then implemented poorly.

Seems to look nice - I'm guessing this is a way to push the high end luxury of the whole thing? Kind of like when cars have an actual Rolex (or other expensive/fancy timepiece) as the clock inside the car. Or even when Apple had the Hermes collaboration for their watch.

I think I get it - this is what appeals to the wealthy customer base that'll have a driver for the car.

Most of s class, 7 series customers care about luxury and exclusivity. Otherwise they’d get a 5 series.
I knew this when I was like 7.

What a joke this is! Great advertising to thieves to smash and grab the cystrals from the front headlights now.

Swarovski crystals cost literally nothing. Only the most idiot thieves would smash your headlights to get them out.
