System Too Lean Bank 2

Hey guys, hope all is well. Just need some quick help here

Long story short I had to get the Exhaust Cam gear replaced on my car, found an amazing Legend Master Tech that did it last month lol. Literally did it in like 4 hours, car ran awesome afterwards

Shortly though I noticed extra gas burning, and a System Too Lean Bank 2 Code popped up. I swapped both MAFs and cleaned them, code still eventually comes back. So I'm down to it being a vacuum leak

Because from testing & watching the LTFT's, they're in the high 20s during idle...then drop dramatically after you raise the rpms. My guess is something wasn't put back all the way, a loose line or something. Car runs immaculate on the highway, which says vaccum leak even more

So before a shop robs me trying to diagnose it, where should I look? Or best way to check without smoke test. I checked the intake area, the orange seal is tight. Appreciate the help thank you. I'll post screenshots of the diagnostics
