Mine is at the dealer right now for Sunblind and soft close door issues, it should have that new Software according to the Tech but I’m just anxious to what exactly is in the update before hand.

Mine is there too and according to the bmw app it’s already updated so hopefully I get it back by Monday and if so I’ll report if any changes

Well, before g70 i owned a g30 5 series for 4 years. and updates were minor.
I am waiting for carplay next gen. And i hope that bmw will let extend it for the rear theatre screen.
And internet. hope bmw will change its paradigm for esim usage and make other lighter method for a car to get an internet

You shouldn’t be anxious for a software update. Just like your phone or your computer, updates are necessary. BMW’s have had updates for over 20 years now.

I’m actually a programmer by Trade and I understand it better than most. BMW has an issue with transparency, especially with the updates. I thirst for information and especially thirst for improvements for bug fixes. Hope this helps you understand my anxiousness.

Well you can’t say no to a software update if it’s to fix your vehicle so you’re going to have to live with it either way

Where did you get the impression that it was a “NO” for me?? Dude or whatever…….. you missed the bus, updates are very much welcomed in fact, I love the direction BMW is going and I get excited knowing that updates OTA or my current system can even be update to repair any bugs that I have. This ish is exciting me!!! I’m a technology junkie dude. lol

As per BMW there is no noticeable changes for BMW software level 03-24.

I requested release notes of any bug level fixes from my dealership .
