Extended nappa leather
18" rims
All-around heated seats
Vented front seats
Parking assistant plus
4-zone climate
Sunroof

Nice to have:
Laser headlights
B&W surround sound
Full M Sport (package, brakes, spoiler...)
19 or 20" rims
All seats heated, cooled and massage function
Heating package
Ceramic details
Alcantara headliner
Executive Drive Pro
Rear entertainment system
Quiet glass (name of this option varies from market to market)
Rear sunblinds
Sky lounge

Avoid:
Cool box, unless you're a limo service catering to weddings
Executive lounge, unless you're 100% certain you'll never have more than 3 passengers

Many of these options are standard in the US and Canada, while all of them are optional in the European market. I would never take a 7-Series with Dakota leather or non-Comfort front seats.

I'm realy happy with the car. It drives insane, enough power.. oké less sound😊.
The difference is of course the the car is bigger than my former 4serie GC. When you drive the car you don't feel that it is a big car.(4wheel steering)
How it's made... the features and all the options it is a special car!
I drive pretty much electric and I'm curious how the distance are in the summer.(33km)
Conclusion: I made a good choice!
