Waiting waiting for my 2020 750
I ordered my car in September it landed in Baltimore on October 31. Then shipped to Brunswick GA on 11/4/19 it was suppose to arrive at dealer last Sunday. They said the car is being held for a oil change??
Today is 11/12 and still the car is in Georgia... no one is answering me!! Frustrating |

Not sure. If there was damage from ship voyage, it would have been addressed at the Baltimore VDC. "Oil change" sounds very strange. OP, have you called the Genius line? They may know more than the dealer knows - or is saying.

Never ordered but also never heard of a new car needing a oil change. Something does sound off but I would definitely seek some answers. You deserve to know what is going on.
