Eh, had an S6, and really dislike how nose heavy Audi's are. Most people with expensive vehicles, outside of super cars, don't really want flashy. I don't consider a RR flashy, more of a classic look. I am sure they will sell, as said I am reserving final judgement for full reveal, but I am not a fan of this split headlight/huge grill look BMW is putting on the flagships.

that was my thought as well. I personally don't think the glow on the MB looks good at all in person, it seems a little too fast and furious for me. Maybe this thin outline will look good, ill save thoughts till I see it in person.

The car doesn't produce any emissions, but the production of it does. It's lawyer speak: if they say zero-emission vehicle, people could claim that to be false as the production process is not zero-emissions.

I love what I see!
I own an actual 7 hybrid. So I'm a potential buyer… I tested the new S-Class and its not as good as my 7! The i7 could be my next one! |

i think we are the only two people that understand that the lights at the top are not the headlights.

Distinctive, well that's putting it mildly!
Time will tell if this new design that they are adopting across the bulk of their fleet continues to sell or not. The 7 is not the car for me anyway but this is not for me based upon styling alone. I know many will like it, fair enough , no one is making you buy the car. Looks like the new g60 5 series is looking like it will remain conservative ( more to my liking) |

Why does an electric car need any grills, let alone these things. I get something small to hide camera and sensors in but this?

Good grief! Why can't they make a great looking vehicle like the current S class. They try wayyyy to hard and it doesn't come together cohesively.

I'd buy this. In a world where everything is getting smaller, I for one am glad BMWs are getting larger. The 4 series coupe has gotten so big it feels like my old M6 inside, and my X5 looks huge compared to the older X5. With the 7 I'd prefer having more space in the front than the enormous backseat though, as I don't have a chauffeur. Somehow my 4 has more driver legroom than my last 7 did.
