So I upgraded to a 2017 bmw 750i xdrive M sport. So bmw changed bolt pattern on newer bmw from 5x120 to 5x112. So I have a older set of 22 inch wheels front are 22x9 backs are 22x10.5 and was thinking using 20mm adapter. Does anyone knows if I'm going to have any issues and do you think it will make the wheels stick out to far? Or do you guys think it would be easier to just sell the wheels and tires and buy the wheels with correct bolt pattern.

Take your wheel/tire specs and enter them into this calculator: www.willtheyfit.com
To compare the original wheel/tire combo with the set you are asking about SUBTRACT 20mm from the wheel’s offset which will give you the new offset of the 22” wheels/tires mounted with the 20mm adapters. So if the 22” wheels have a 42mm offset…the new offset with the 20mm adapters would be 22mm (not 62mm).
