Touch tablet resetting/ hard reset?

I just purchased a new to me 2019 750Li with the entertainment package (tablet and 2 monitors inn the back). I was able to set it up so it can do the bmw stuff like move seats etc.. but in the APP section, It asks me for a pin to unlock and shows 31 messages (assuming its somehow still linked to the previous owner's e-mail or something)... My question is, how do i reset the pin. There must be a way to hard reset it to enter a new owner's pin and info?

Update: i figured out how to do the hard reset and restore to factory. Of course it was in the owners manual (who reads that?).I did a reset, but will not allow me to log into a new account for 24 hours it says... fingers crossed.
