06 750li Crank, no start when warm

I have been having a long start problem on my 750li with around 120k miles. When I go to crank the car right after driving, it usually has a long crank, taking 2-3 tries to fully start. After a couple hours, or the first time driving my car of the day, it usually starts fine. DSC light on. I already tried changing the fuel pump fuse as I thought that's what it was. Any ideas?

likely high pressure fuel pumps, don't get them from the guy on ebay either, their conterfiet, they are 1k at dealer wholesale, containerparts on ebay sells them for 500 each, you'll need 2.

Jajja, he has an N62. It is a IDI setup, no HPFPs.

I would certainly start with checking your fuel pressure cold and hot. You're far away from a no start when warm which is good.

When is the last time you did your fuel filter?

Any change if you let it prime a couple times before attempting to start?

Doh - i didnt see the "06" haha... I should have looked. He's lucky to not have a N63 ha, it was fun to bust the guy on eBay saying he sells them for 100 bucks cause they sat in a warehouse long time (yes, in that broken English haha). They did a good job copying the pump, even the BMW logo and part numbers on it too.
