Difference US and EU mirror signals

Hi everyone.

This is regarding an EU 2016 740d.
Is there any difference between the US and EU spec mirror signals/blinkers? The previous owner of mine managed to scratch it along with the mirror housing. The housing was replaced, but the signal/blinker wasn't, so I had a look around and could only find online replacements from the US (Part number 51-16-7-414-650). Is there a difference in spec between the US and EU parts in regards to fit, the LEDs themselves, or are they the same?

Thanks in advance.

I had EU spec mirrors on a previous M5 and they had a blind spot convex section built in to the mirror. US spec won't have that.

Mirrors (the glass) has a "objects may appear closer" or something like that in the US version.
If you mean the blinker itself its a separate part (around 60eur) new from the dealer.

That's right, the blinker part only. I'll ask and see how much a dealer can sell it for, everything is overpriced in Switzerland.

I got these for my car and they are spot on. You would likely need to search for the LHD version. But if you can get them they I recommend these, assuming they're not ridiculously expensive via eBay in CHE.

Thanks for the suggestion, those dynamic lights look the bomb! However since I am looking to sell the car, I'm looking for an original style replacement.
