Private Classified Sticky

Can there be a sticky made on the private classifieds demanding/pleading that people use a credit card when sending money via PayPal? PayPal has a (not so new now) guideline that when you try to escalate a claim for an item that was purchased outside of eBay, the claim is auto denied.

The only recourse is a credit card dispute which of course is impossible if you paid with money that resides in your PayPal account or off of a debit card.
