Difference in model years for BMW 750i xDrive mode

Is there a resource or website that I can go to to find out the differences between the 2016/2017/2018/2019 G12 (BMW 750i xDrive specifically) models. I tried searching online but haven't found anything on this yet. Most of the BMW Geniuses I have talked with don't seem to have this info with them either. Any help will be appreciated.

The ISTA istep level will be different and they changed the steering wheel on the M sport models around 2017.

Doing a simple google search I found multiple results that would give you info for each of the model years you inquired about. Here's one...it is for the 2019 model year...but you can see links near the top if you want to change to the 2018, 2017, 2016 model years...and the article also has a section that says "what's new for this model year": https://cars.usnews.com/cars-trucks/bmw/7-series (see pic below for example of what's at this link)

BTW, the google search phrase that I used was taken straight from your quote: 2016/2017/2018/2019 G12 BMW 750i xDrive

The whole idea about posting this question was to find a single resource to get that information and not looking at different places and trying to dig for the information I am looking for. I am just surprised that BMW doesn't create/maintain a document like this for people that might in the market for a given model and then decide on a particular model year based on what was offered that particular year.

I think I get the gist of what you're saying...but I keep finding "single" sites that are giving model year by model year information. Just like the link I posted previously (if you click it it takes you to a single site that lists the specs and info for multiple model years.

Here's another...edmunds.com where I looked up info starting with the 2016 model year...and there are direct links to 2017, 2018, 2019, & 2020, etc. The pic below is only a screen shot of the top of the page...there's more info as you scroll down (if you click the link below):

BMW like to sell new cars that's what they concentrate on, the other forums on here like the 3er and M3/4 forums would have this info as there are far more owners and interest in the car so people collect and share the data rather than BMW sharing it retrospectively themselves, the 7 just isn't that kind of car that engages a large community.

So you'll probably have to do the digging yourself.
